Thank you for supporting Brew Lounge Beer Company & Patio. To preserve the integrity of our brand, product quality, and fair marketplace competition, we require all customers who purchase kegs—those marked with “BL★” on our tap list located here (https://brewloungebeercompany.com/drinks/beer/tap-list/)—to agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any 1/6 barrel keg from Brew Lounge Beer Company & Patio, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all direct customers including bars, restaurants, and retailers.
2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
We maintain a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirement on our beers to ensure consistency in how our products are represented and sold.
- Beers marked with a “BL★” on our Tap List are subject to MAP enforcement.
- The MAP is set at the current in-house pour price listed on our Tap List.
- For example, if a beer is sold at $9.00 per pour at our location, it must not be advertised or sold by the purchaser below that price per pint pour.
3. Enforcement and Violations
- Any purchaser found advertising or selling our beer below the established MAP may be considered in violation of these terms.
- Brew Lounge Beer Company & Patio reserves the right to refuse future sales to any customer who violates this agreement, at our sole discretion.
4. Use of Our Brand
- Our brand identity and the quality of our beer are important to us. When representing or selling our products, we expect partners and retailers to uphold professional and responsible standards.
- Unauthorized rebranding, dilution, or repackaging of our beers is strictly prohibited.
5. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued purchases imply continued acceptance of the latest terms.
